The Summer Internship is one major facet of "The Call" Intern program and is a great opportunity to grow, often accelerated, in servanthood and leadership. It is an incredible and condensed time to be teaching and training. Scriptural and Kingdom leadership is based on servanthood and the summer internship is a focused time of growing and maturing in that kind of a leadership. We teach scriptural principles of servanthood and leadership while at the same time working these principles out in real circumstances and situations through the multiple areas of ministry, thus training each participant in the heart of serving, not just the action of serving. These are the different facets of our Summer Intern Program:

- Junior Internship

Dates: June 3-23, July 18-29
Cost: $175
Qualifications: Ages 14 to 16(must be 14 by July 31, 2011)
Guidelines: Must attend 1 week of youth camp. Complete application and intern interview by April 30-May 4. Complete required reading by May 11. Receive Acceptance Message/Email. Funds for optional Mission Trip due by Friday, May 18. Deadline for family dinner count is May 25th. Funds for internship due by June 1st
Prerequisites: 1st year Junior Interns must read "Do Hard Things" by Alex & Brent Harris and listen to "Immaturity MS-73" and "Destined for Greatness MS-577" by Pastor Duane Sheriff 2nd year Junior Interns must read "The Servant" by James Hunter and listen to "Authority LS-7" by Pastor Duane Sheriff before May 11 and must have a 1 page written summary and highlights of the book.

- Senior Internship

Dates: June 3-9, June 23-July 8, July 18-29
Cost: $225
Qualifications: Age 16 and up (must be 16 by July 31, 2011)
Guidelines: Complete application and intern interview held April 30-May 4. Complete required reading/listening and complete writing assignment by Friday, May 11th. Receive Acceptance Message/Email. Funds for optional Mission Trip due by Friday, May 18th. Deadline for family dinner count is May 25th. Funds for internship due by June 1st.
Prerequisite: 1st year Senior Interns must read "The Servant" by James Hunter and "Next Generation Leader" by Andy Stanley and listen to "Servant-Style Leadership LS-9" andd "Ministry of an Armor Bearer LS-44" by Pastor Duane Sheriff. A one-page written report is due on both reading/listening assignments. 2nd year Senior Interns must read "God's Armor Bearer, Book 1-3" by Terry Nance and listen to "Authority LS-7" and "What Every Pastor Wants in a Leadership Team LS-1" by Pastor Duane Sheriff before May 23 and must have a 1 page written summary and highlights of each book.*

- Resident Internship

Dates: June 3-July 29
Cost: $375
Qualifications: Age 16 and up (must be 16 by July 31, 2011)
